1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with PlugNPlay Studio ("the Studio", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the booking.

2. Bookings & Payment

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the booking page and include any applicable taxes.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not completed within the session timeout window.
You may book as a guest without creating an account by providing your name and email address. Guest bookings carry the same obligations as member bookings.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session start time are eligible for a full studio credit to your account.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
Studio credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
In the event that the Studio must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be issued.

4. Studio Rules & Conduct

Sessions begin and end strictly at the booked times. Late arrivals will not receive an extension.
Access to the studio is granted via a unique door code sent to your email before your session. This code is valid only for the duration of your booking and must not be shared.
The studio power, aircon, and door lock shut off automatically at your session end time. Please ensure you have packed up and exited before this time.
All equipment must be treated with care. Any damage caused by misuse will be charged to the booking party.
No food or drinks (other than water in sealed containers) are permitted near equipment.
The Studio operates a zero-tolerance policy for dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behaviour. We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund in such circumstances.
Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

PlugNPlay Studio is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
You assume full responsibility for any injury sustained on the premises resulting from your own actions or negligence.
Our liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All recordings and creative works produced during your session remain the intellectual property of the artists involved. PlugNPlay Studio makes no claim to ownership of any material recorded on the premises.

7. Privacy

We collect and store your name, email address, and phone number solely for the purpose of managing your booking and communicating with you about your session. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required by law. Payment processing is handled securely by HitPay — we do not store card details.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies. Continued use of our booking platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
